She flawlessly executes a yoga flow outdoors by the ocean, sending soothing vibes to her mesmerized followers. “Yoga keeps me strong and balanced. It keeps me focused,” she explains.

“I started yoga when I was 25 years old, and it totally transformed my body and mind. I am grateful for the foundation I’ve built over the years, but it’s important to have some grace around the aging of your body, to be forgiving,” Paltrow expresses in a candid Instagram caption.

Apart from yoga, Paltrow’s lifestyle routine includes a rigorous fitness regimen that has contributed to her ultra-fit appearance for more than 15 years. She shared on Instagram, “Please ignore my RBF [resting bitch face] while working out but please do check out the marvellous @tracyandersonmethod and swipe up to check out her online studio (I love it) … This lady has been keeping me healthy for fifteen years!!! But it’s still really hard. #TAMILY for life.”

Women’s Health Magazine reveals that Paltrow’s workout routine typically comprises dance cardio combined with small, repetitive movements focusing on her glutes and core, and includes low-weight dumbbell exercises.

Health and Wellness

Paltrow’s approach to health and wellness rests on four pillars: diet, exercise, self-care, and rest. Her exercise regimen, executed alongside celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, includes 45 minutes each of cardio and muscular structure training five days a week. “I do 45 minutes of cardio five days a week, because I like to eat. I also try for 45 minutes of muscular structure work, which is toning, realigning, and lengthening. If I’m prepping for something or I’ve been eating a lot of pie, I do two hours a day, six days a week for two weeks,” she shares with Self.


Paltrow usually begins her morning with hydration, drinking two large glasses of water, then settling into her emails and news updates with her coffee. Pre-workout, Paltrow also fuels up on a large serving of water and two packets of GoopGlow Morning Skin Superpowder, rich in vitamins E and C.


Paltrow’s nourishment plan includes consuming an abundance of vegetables and “good proteins.” “I just try to eat pretty clean during the day.
