Dancing With the Stars judge Carrie Ann Inaba is recovering after a frightening medical emergency during a recent flight to New York. The 58-year-old star sought immediate help after experiencing symptoms that mimicked food poisoning along with more concerning physical signs.
The choreographer expressed deep gratitude for the flight crew and the anonymous medical professionals who responded to the emergency call on board. She emphasized the importance of reaching out for assistance when health challenges become overwhelming or scary.
“Normally I handle most of my health things on my own,” Inaba shared on social media.
“But when my arms went numb, it was time to ask for help.”
Despite the setback, she reminded her followers that they are never alone when facing health struggles. She is now resting and stable after being discharged from the emergency room to her hotel.
