  • Rebel Wilson manages her weight loss with a combination of protein-rich meals, activity, and support tools like GLP-1 medication.
  • She incorporates simple and realistic workouts into her busy lifestyle as a parent, often including her daughter in movement.
  • Wilson emphasizes self-compassion and flexibility, allowing herself to adapt her health habits when life gets hectic.

Rebel Wilson openly shares the challenges and solutions she’s found in maintaining her significant weight loss, highlighting her approach of combining mindful eating with tools recommended by her doctor.

Her focus on high-protein meals, like beef tacos with vegetables, helps her stay nourished while keeping things simple and enjoyable.

“As an emotional eater, I’m probably never going to be cured of that,” she says. “I have to manage it.”

For snacking, she reaches for items like peanut M&Ms or Manchego cheese, valuing both satisfaction and nutrition in her choices.

Wilson finds time for activity by integrating movement into daily routines with her daughter, such as going for walks or stretching together.

“My reality is I don’t really have time, but I try to do (strength training) even if it’s 20 minutes a day. And I do know that it’s very important for your lean muscle mass,” she shares.

Since becoming a mother, she prioritizes her health not just for herself but to keep up with her energetic little one.

“You want to play on the playground with your daughter … so you want the health,” Wilson explains.

She acknowledges that perfection isn’t always possible, but reminds herself it’s okay to return to her healthy habits when the time is right.

“For now, I’m going to try to maintain where I am and … not fall off the wagon,” she says.

Recently named chief wellness ambassador for Noom, Wilson notes the importance of tools that support her journey and celebrate feeling good at every stage.

Embrace your own version of balance and allow flexibility as life changes—every move toward health counts, no matter how busy things get.
